We will look to you to own initial account relationships from close to completed onboarding, as well as collaborating in designing processes that more effectively manage customer success objective in reducing churn and driving revenue growth. This will all be accomplished while embodying all of our core company values: deliver amazing experiences for our customers, being ambitious, and working as a team.

What you'll do...

    • Work directly with new customers to ensure successful on-boarding and adoption
    • Impart sales process, technical leadership & direction on all aspects of Coppers products & services
    • Deliver structured onboarding, training, and services on the technical, tactical and strategic capabilities of the system
    • Manage your accounts proactively to identify launch risk and work proactively to eliminate that risk
    • Ensure any account issues are resolved quickly, utilizing resources from across Technical, Support, Sales, Engineering, etc.
    • Function as the voice of the new customer and provide internal feedback on how Copper can better serve our customers
    • Maintain & gain knowledge of the languages & technologies supported by Copper
    • Champion customer feedback to the product and marketing teams
    • Become a subject matter expert on our product and competition
    • Deliver results against customer key productivity metrics and quality targets

What you'll have...

    • Curiosity about business and sales software
    • Experience with CSM software
    • Experience providing onboarding and structured training for Small to Mid-market companies.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Passion to exceed customer expectations while balancing the need to scale operations and resources
    • Obsessive about continuous improvement
    • Very positive demeanor and ability to persevere through multiple customer challenges each day
    • Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year University
    • Track record of ambitious overachievement
    • 2+ years prior experience in SMB sales or customer success in a SAAS technology business
    • Excellent team player and able to work under own initiative
    • Ability work in a very energetic, ambitious office setting
