Workplace Coordinator

As a part of the Workplace team, a coordinator assists in creating and maintaining office facilities standards and culture. An ideal candidate for this position is able to juggle day to day operational functions such as office cleanliness and appearance, internal events, overall office security and safety, mail room organization and reception coverage. Each day can be different, so coming in with a positive, humble, can-do attitude is necessary. 

In this role, you will:

      • Conduct daily facilities checks
      • Sort incoming/outgoing mail
      • Handle new hire set-ups, terminations, etc.. 
      • Monitor Jira tickets to ensure customer satisfaction
      • Assist in the execution of internal office moves
      • Provide physical event setups (all-hands, internal events, off-sites, etc..)
      • Be an acting member of the emergency response team; assist with training and 
      • real-time incidents. (CPR certification is a plus!)
      • Stock supplies and upkeep conference rooms
      • Effectively cross collaborate with key stakeholders, internal and external business partners 
      • Maintain office supplies and swag inventory, as well as bathroom amenities
      • Have a service oriented mindset
      • Be able to work independently once assigned a task
      • Have a strong skill set in word, excel, google suite, etc
      • Have the ability to lift 50 lbs+

We’re looking for an individual who has:

    • 3+ years relevant experience in customer service oriented roles
    • 1+ years of facilities experience
    • Organizational skills to ensure work spaces are clean, safe and employees have everything they need to do their job
    • The ability to operate seamlessly in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
    • A customer service focus, ensuring Workplace is providing the best customer experience for guests and employees
    • Excellent interpersonal communication and writing skills
    • A self-starter/proactive attitude: works with a sense of urgency and handles self with minimal supervision; “no job too small” attitude
    • The ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships within all levels of the business
    • The willingness to work some late night events and some weekends
