Candidate will be responsible for handling existing customers and new sales of the product in the large enterprise segment in the region.
(S)He will also be responsible for mining of the accounts to identify & materialize upselling & cross selling opportunities to achieve their targets.
Effective Account Management and Customer Relationship - Establishing a cordial relationship with the clients so as to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Competition Analysis by keeping abreast of Market Trends & achieving market share metrics
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders
Accurately forecast and execute Booking, Billing and Collection figures
2-5 years experience
Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech./MCA/M.E./M.Tech
First division (60%) in Xth, XIIth/Diploma, B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/(B.Sc.IT, B.Sc. comp with MCA mandatory)
