The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Senior Director of Human Resources to support the analysis, design, development and implementation of global benefit and compensation programs, program changes, and program enhancements.


        Assists in the setting of Exabeam’s global pay structure and benefits offerings alongside the Sr. Director of Human Resources
        Determines competitive wage rates and developing/modifying compensation plans against benchmarks
        Managing outside partners such as benefits brokers
        Completes compensation surveys as needed
        Evaluation of benefits policies to assess if they are current, competitive, and legal
        Work with FP&A to forecast budget for salary increases
        Provides great customer service to our employees by responding to emails and phone calls in a timely manner
        Administer and manage all leave of absences
        With the assistance of Exabeam’s benefits brokers, resolves global employee benefit questions regarding medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, life insurance, disability and vacation benefits.
        Coordinates the benefits enrollment of new hires by monitoring the eligibility and communicating the online access information to them
        Provides compensation data and counsel to Exabeam managers and the Talent Acquisition Team
        Monitors the federal and state laws related to compensation and benefits and updates the Sr. Director of Human Resources on any changes
        Research job and worker requirements, structural & functional relationships among jobs and occupations
        Prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scale
        Serve as the subject matter expert for the leave, benefits and worker’s compensation programs
        Tracking and conducting necessary follow up on all LOA inquiries and approved leaves starting at time of request to the time employee returns to work


        Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in a similar position
        Experience with core HR domains including but not limited to: performance management, compensation, benefits, leaves of absences
        Familiarity with Radford and Option Driver preferred
        Extensive understanding of compensation regulations and guidelines as well as benefits packages
        Global experience is a plus
        Superior communication skills; ability to effectively direct staff, give presentations, and work closely with other Exabeamers
        Strong decision-making skills, ability to weigh strengths/weaknesses of different pay structures and benefits plans
        Strong analytical and critical thinking; ability to analyze data on salaries and cost of benefits and assess and devise programs that will best be suited for Exabeam as an organization
