About the Role
Responsible for architecture, design, build, implementation, maintenance and reporting for Enterprise Device Management (EDM) Solution for Microsoft and Apple devices across a multi-domain environment leveraging Active Directory and Group Policies in a hybrid cloud/on-prem infrastructure and geographically dispersed workforce.

Expertise working in hybrid on-prem/cloud environments with both physical and virtual system.
Scripting expertise for automation of repetitive tasks – PowerShell highly preferred.
Develop reports and tools which allows for informed decision-making around support activities, operational priorities, and adherence to system standards.
Create and maintain server and network infrastructure documentation and procedural details and runbooks.
Leader who can train, mentor and develop technical expertise.
Highly collaborative who can work well with Security, Operations and IT teams to meet product and support requirements.
Ability to delight customers with experience working in a customer-centric service delivery environment
Strong troubleshooting capabilities and problem solving skills
Sets goals for own development. Identifies and learns from mentors and developmental advisors
Ability to work flexible hours (nights and weekends) when necessary
- 5-7 years of Engineering experience leveraging Active Directory and Group Policies.
- Extensive knowledge and expertise with SCCM and/or JAMF in hybrid cloud environments for end point management and remediation.
- Expertise with development, execution and reporting of operational tasks including but not limited to patching, application upgrades and software packing.
- Must have managed O365 and Microsoft Intune with a mix of corporate owned and BYOD end points.
- Experience with cloud-based/hybrid management systems highly preferred.
