Description

We are seeking an experienced travel and advertising technology Sales professional who is independent and a passionate go-getter with proven experience in effectively managing sales pipeline and contracting process.

Our customers are independent, boutique hoteliers and chains who have a need for our targeted digital advertising solutions.

  • Prospect and understand customer business requirements, pain-points and in a clear and concise manner position our advertising solution(s) that is a viable option for customer and Sojern.  

  • Self-starter with proven experience in effectively managing sales pipeline, communicate proactively with clients throughout signup process and lead by example.

  • Can do, will do attitude and able to think outside the box to contribute creatively towards building solid business pipeline and driving sustainable business.

  • Collaborate with customer success to monitor campaign success.

  • Structured and logical approach to problem solving.

  • Own and drive performance for special projects and tests.

  • Exceed monthly sales quota of new business acquisitions.

  • This position will require the ability to travel (20% of the time)

 

What you bring to the table:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English is mandatory

  • Minimum of 6-years in online Ad sales or SaaS with a responsibility of a $1M - $3M annual quota 

  • Experience selling to Hotels in the Caribbean market.

  • Travel, Programmatic and E-commerce industry is a plus

  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets

  • Proven & excellent negotiating skills, understand industry contracts and negotiations

  • Analytical, problem-solving and creative thinking capability, result oriented attitude

  • Ability to work within a highly motivated and success driven team

  • Ability to communicate at all levels, both internal and external

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven work experience with Spreadsheets, Powerpoint, Word and Salesforce
