The Sales Operations Leader will be responsible for being a strategic leader and owning the processes, systems, and activities that enable ClearDATA’s Sales team to operate effectively.

What You’ll Do:

  • Working closing with the CRO in developing and maintaining KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to provide insight into state of sales
  • Coordinates sales forecasting, planning, budgeting and reporting processes used within the sales organization
  • Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other data essential to the sales organization
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement. Works closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement
  • Acts as a key liaison between the Sales Team and Finance in management of budget to actual, quota and commissions tracking and headcount funding
  • Ensures integrity and compliance with Salesforce and drives optimization and enhancement
  • Develops, enforces and arbitrates ClearDATA’s rules of engagement that direct how the sales organization engages with customers
  • Relentlessly analyzes the business and proactively offers insight and recommendations to sales and executive leadership
  •  Other duties as needed

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business or related field required
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a sales operations role
  • Extensive experience managing Salesforce- including custom development of reports and dashboards
  • Experience in quota setting and monitoring
  • Experience in commissions setting and monitoring
  • Positive, “can do” attitude
  • Team Player
