Assist with the onboarding/offboarding process’ by managing administrative tasks including, but not limited to, data entry into the HR system and Payroll system.
Handle employee requests including completing employment verifications, answering benefits questions and payroll queries.
Help in a variety of People team areas such as compliance, immigration, external requests, and leave of absence processing.
Maintain ongoing changes in our HR systems including manager updates, transfers and promotions.
Act as a first point of contact to Gongsters and respond to inquiries about People programs, policies, and other People-related events.
Proactively help to build a repeatable and scalable new hire process.
2+ years experience working in a coordinating role supporting a People/HR team.
Knowledge of US employment laws.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of all data and processes.
Self starter and confident in handling day-to-day requests.
Problem solver with strong attention to detail. Organized.
Comfortable communicating via various channels - telephone, email, Slack, etc
Experience with Hibob, TriNet, Google sheets and Guru a plus!
Bachelor's degree highly preferred or equivalent in experience.
