We’re looking for a well-rounded Product Designer to lead the design of our next generation web and mobile products. You’ll be the first designer for our rapidly growing company, and we’ll be looking to you to lay the foundation for design at Qventus.

Partner with product management, engineering, and other key stakeholders to discover, define, design, and deliver world-class experiences for our users
Create detailed, thorough, and innovative designs for web and mobile software products
Lay the foundation for a consistent design system across our portfolio of products
Use design thinking to run a thoughtful design process -- and help us build a culture of design thinking across the company
Execute in a fast-paced, rapidly growing startup environment
At least 4-6 years experience in UI/UX design with a proven track record of top-notch design work
Demonstrated experience & results designing both mobile and web applications, from customer research & discovery all the way through product launch & iteration
Detail-oriented and thorough; comfortable with delivering clear, high-fidelity specs to engineering for development and then working with engineering through delivery
Experience with design thinking and user-centered design; can facilitate a design process end-to-end keeping the user front and center
Bonus: some frontend development experience and a willingness to get your hands dirty
