Job Description
Qventus is looking for an energetic, personable and quick-learning Project Analyst to help build, support and expand our new use case development infrastructure and client implementations. Working closely with Customer Success and Product Management leadership, the successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the planning, design, execution and operations of our new use case process and support client implementations. The project analyst will help develop strong relationships with key clinical leadership and users in our client hospitals and understand their operating environment / clinical needs. This person will be expected to think creatively about client feedback and ideas as part of new use case development projects and work with product management to deliver clear, high-fidelity specs to engineering for development and then work with engineering through delivery. He/she will also be a resource to the project team during deployments at new clients and will work closely with end users and technical staff to properly configure our software and ensure all important use cases are addressed. Once the software is deployed, he/she will maintain periodic contact with users to foster broader use of the full feature suite and troubleshoot any specific user issues.
