We’re looking for a talented writer to join our San Mateo-based team as Marketing Communications Manager. You’ll work within the marketing department to provide a wide range of writing and copy editing support, all the way from blog posts to sales collateral. This role is an individual contributor writing role.

Roles and Responsibilities

Write and edit strong copy to support various content pieces – including ads, datasheets, sales collateral, blog posts, articles, website copy, case studies, press releases, emails, landing pages, and other communications and content
Copy editing and updating of existing materials
Create copy for white papers, ebooks, and other meaty content assets
Participate in planning and strategy sessions to fully understand the requirements for a given project or content asset
Come up with content ideas and ensure success by applying a sense of ownership to content assets
Qualifications and Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience writing and editing in the B2B space
Experience working in B2B technology, preferably SaaS
Excellent writing and copy editing skills - please be prepared to share writing samples
The ability to come up with content ideas that are hugely successful with our audience
The ability to balance multiple projects at once
Excellent language and grammar skills
