Experiencing rapid growth, we’re looking for a Solution Architect to partner with our team of national sales executives on discovery, delivering customized sales presentations, mapping Qventus solutions to prospective customers needs and presenting solution briefs to prospect leadership teams.
In addition to direct deal support, the Solution Architect will also serve as the hospital operations subject matter expert in the go-to-market organization, supporting sales enablement and on-going team education and training.

Develop custom solution briefs for delivery to prospective customers by doing deep discovery through on-site through interviews and observations
Design and build methodology and presentation templates for documenting customer needs and mapping them to Qventus offerings
Act as the voice of the end-user / SME within the Qventus commercial organization
Partner with product development to own and continually evolve the product demo environment to remain in synch with the product roadmap
Prepare and deliver use case based product demonstrations
Design use cases in the demo environment that reflect the value and use cases Qventus delivers to its partners
Sales team product / domain expert
Responsible for team training (on-going team training and new sales team on-boarding)
Provide user operating environment expertise to the sales and marketing teams
Collect and disseminate prospect feedback and new use cases to the go to market, delivery and product development teams
Partner with marketing to imbue the context and voice of the user into core product collateral and other sales enablement assets
Core Attributes Desired:
8-12 years professional experience
RN, MD or other comparable license
Ability to travel up to 50%, often at short notice
Deep understanding of hospital operations
Experience in early stage companies or new product launch areas
Previous experience supporting complex solutions sales to hospital executives and hospital operations leaders in either a software or technology enabled solutions environment
Ability to convey complex ideas to end users and functional leaders using examples, metaphors, and user anecdotes
Ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations that translate complex technical concepts to the day-to-day needs of non-technical audiences
