Experiencing rapid growth, we’re looking for a Director of Inside Sales / Demand Generation Programs to oversee, develop and grow the SDR team. The successful candidate brings the right experience, intellectual curiosity, drive and fit to a culture grounded in customer empathy, intellectual honesty and continuous improvement.
Manage the existing inside sales representatives (SDR) team
Set and track sales targets for your team - both metrics and outcomes
Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process
Develop and refine role profiles for target buyers and develop messaging and tactics to access them
Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements based upon data driven insights
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts
Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new strategies for hospital executive access
Research and discover methods to increase prospect engagement
Build an open-communication environment for your team and cross-functionally
Liaise with outside sales to drive alignment and partner on territory specific objectives and initiatives
Partner with marketing to:
Define demand generation program and event roadmap
Operationalize marketing led programs and events to ensure optimal execution, measurement and outcomes
Develop, execute against and track campaign, program and event goals
Recruits and hires as team expands
CORE ATTRIBUTES DESIRED:
6-10 years proven experience as an Inside sales manager
Hands on experience with salesforce.com and MS Excel
In-depth understanding of the sales administration process, including developing and administrating SDR compensation plans
Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
Maniacal focus on details, execution and cross-functional communication
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
BA / BS degree
Experience in early stage software companies or new product launch areas
Previous healthcare experience preferred but not required
