The Field Marketing Specialist is responsible for partnering and consulting with the Field Sales Teams to develop and execute a robust territory and account based marketing strategy.
Partner with the Sales Directors, their direct reports, and the extended account teams that report into them to develop both territory and account based marketing strategies and plans for their region.
Work closely with Marketing Team and various marketing peers across departments to develop and roll out targeted marketing campaigns utilizing industry and role‐based specific messaging, use cases, collateral, and other relevant materials.
Collaborate with district sales leadership, along with account management team, to ensure optimizing pursuits, pipeline coverage, acceleration and alignment across territories.
Support sales regions in assessing lead flow and market data to identify which geographies need focused attention through campaigns and in region event.
Partner with account managers to target their top accounts and create yearlong adoption and expansion plans.
Support the development of integrated marketing campaigns and events to develop key territories and special market segments.
Develop new ways to positively impact the sales pipeline through creative deliverables.
Measure and analyze field marketing performance against target plan.
Analyze sales and marketing performance data, build dashboards, and track key metrics.
Manage quarterly Field Marketing budget.
5-7+ years of experience in field/events/integrated marketing.
BS/BA degree; marketing or equivalent related degree preferred.
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication.
Knowledge of MS Office, HTML, Adobe Creative Suite, MAP, and CRM.
Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and tasks across multiple sales teams and multiple regions.
