We're looking for a driven, personable, and highly motivated recruiter to help grow our team. While the focus will be on hiring engineers, this role will require sourcing and interviewing for all open roles within the company.
In this role, the recruiter would own and drive the recruiting process end to end. Key responsibilities would include sourcing candidates from a variety of media (Angelist, LinkedIn), collaborating with functional leaders to refine requirements and job descriptions, coordinating internal efforts within the company to pull from team members' networks, performing initial phone screens, coordinating interviews and debriefs, and handling follow up with candidates.
The company is in a period of rapid growth, making this role critical to achieving team growth goals in the near future.
An ideal candidate will be able to develop a strong recruiting pipeline by developing a sourcing process and consistently executing it day to day to keep the top of the funnel full. The ideal candidate will also be able to eloquently present the Qventus value proposition to candidates, engaging them and building excitement throughout the process. And finally, he or she will have strong attention to detail and follow through to run the recruiting process from start to finish.
Ideal Candidates Should Have
at least 3 years experience as an in-house, full time technical recruiter (not contracted)
A four year degree from an accredited institution
a passion for healthcare
a keen eye for detail
