Coordinator Responsibilities:
Inbound calls from external and internal customers seeking to be scheduled, technical and sales support
Track the progress of service requests for customers with providers (Dealers, Contractors and Technicians)
Transmit & tracking service tickets to various providers through completion
Communicate with Providers to assure jobs are scheduled and completed in timely manner
Processing sub-contractor & dealer invoices for payment in conjunction with departmental goals
Outbound customer survey calls to determine status of pending service & installation tickets and customer satisfaction
Distribute sales leads to providers
Scheduling customers for repair & installation appointments
Building account shells for new sales
Reviewing agreements for accuracy, pricing, parts, etc. prior to jobs being scheduled/sent
Updating the service and installation backlogs and keeping it up to date
Review/report of installation jobs to a “Ready to Bill” status
Act as liaison between Operations and Billing
Installation and service backlog reporting
Assemble detailed reporting for commissionable jobs
Additional duties as assigned
Skills Required:
Prior A/P and/or Service Coordinator experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Technical knowledge of electronic security systems helpful
Highly detailed and multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
