The Office Manager will support company and office operations and will be the primary member of Glint dedicated to this effort. What you will do… Operates our reception/front desk support including greeting and making comfortable all visitors, job applicants, employees and contractors Assists in the planning, organizing, and execution of activities in support of company meetings and events such as all-hands meetings, social events, company activities and off-sites, etc. Manages catering relationships and process, and office and kitchen supply replenishment including ordering and stocking supplies as needed Ensures meeting rooms and common office spaces are presentable, set up, clean and tidy Supports our talent and hiring activities by being the primary scheduler and coordinator of candidates in our systems, greeting and setting up candidates for on-site interviews, and helping establish and manage the process for candidate travel Assists our CFO in administering and supporting documentation and logistics which may include new hire paperwork, security badging, vendor invoicing, facilities planning, etc. Responsible for sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing packages, deliveries and mail Support company executives with administrative support such as expense reporting and scheduling Who you are… Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure Ability to work collaboratively across different teams Possess strong analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills Experience as an office manager, HR coordinator, or executive assistant. Preferred experience in a rapidly growing company environment.
