RESPONSIBILITIES Achieve and exceed assigned Lead Generation targets and objectives. High-volume cold calling to establish new, high-quality opportunities with prospective clients and contacts. Lead qualification of inbound leads received through various sources (including company website, CRM system, purchased lists, social media channels, events, other sources) contacted within timeframe agreed. Nurturing mid to long term leads through regular touch points until they are ready for sales engagement. Update and meticulously maintain CRM database. Research industries and companies to develop lead lists and campaigns (using various sources / channels). Provide appropriate reports and management updates on a daily/weekly basis and solicit feedback and direction when appropriate. Support campaign initiatives utilizing phone, email and social channels. To continually improve personal management and product and sales skills. Flexibility to respond to business conditions as they arise.
