On the UberEverything Regional Operations team, we’re helping to drive innovation, scale our most impactful processes and initiatives and support various UberEATS markets. UberEATS is seeking Regional Operations Managers to focus on a variety of functions within the Restaurant Operations organization. You will play a key role in building the next generation of relationship management, onboarding, and scaled operations for the UberEATS organization. You will build structures and activities, as well as by innovate on restaurant engagement tactics to grow the business. This role will work closely with cross-functional and cross-team counterparts to lead high impact initiatives across the US & Canada.


The UberEATS business is gaining massive scale and increasing the pace of business model innovation, especially on the restaurant side. The Regional Operations Manager- Restaurant Operations will build a best of breed onboarding process, improve restaurant sentiment and reduce regrettable churn, as well as identify, test and scale restaurant growth activities across the entire US & Canada.
We are seeking 4 Regional Operations Managers of the following functions:

Regional Ops Manager- Restaurant Onboarding
What You’ll Do:
Create a leading class, centralized restaurant onboarding platform for the US & Canada.
Define financial/ operational metrics to measure success of the organization.
Manage relationships at the city level and cross-functionally
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Engineering or similar field
Minimum 2 years in a program management & analytical role
Experience working cross-functionally

Regional Operations Manager- Scaled Operations
What You’ll Do:
Identify existing restaurant operations processes that can be centralized to save city teams time and money.
Develop standardized performance metrics for restaurants across the region,
Create innovative operational processes that enable and empower our restaurant partners
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Engineering or similar field
Minimum 2 years in a program management & analytical role, and experience working cross-functionally
Flexibility to travel to markets across the US/CA region

Regional Operations Manager - Account Management Analytics
What You’ll Do:
Lead the strategy and development of framework for tracking and measuring the effectiveness of Partnership Management activities and segmentation approach.
Leverage your analyses to create the insights that will shape the way UberEATS partners with restaurants.
What You’ll Need:
Strong analytical skills including excel (dashboards, models), SQL, SFDC (a plus, not required)
Ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Minimum 2 years experience

Regional Operations Manager - Growth Relationship Management:
What You’ll Do:
Lead the strategy, testing, and development of what value add relationship management will look like at scale for UberEATS.
Identify, test, and scale activities to improve restaurant and marketplace sentiment, drive growth, and reduce long term regrettable churn.
Collaborate closely with analytics counterparts to set the framework and measure impact of value add activities for the near- and long- term
What You’ll Need:
Minimum 2 years experience in a creative, customer- focused company or position.
Empathy for our customers and partners,
Ability to leverage insights for our city teams to develop restaurant relationships at a massive scale.
