About the Job
Uber is seeking a San Francisco based Senior Program Manager to lead branding initiatives on the Global Brand Team. You're a core member of the team that spearheads, develops, and launches a range of brands across our portfolio of products and services.
The Global Brand Team is responsible for brand positioning, strategy, verbal and visual identity and expressing the brand across product, environments and communications. This is an opportunity to join the team at an early stage, and requires passion for developing lean processes and fostering the development of premier creative solutions on a global scale.

What you'll do
Develop and execute complex project plans to support branding initiatives spanning strategy, creative ideation, and production.
Partner with senior-level executives and other stakeholders to guide projects through launch.
Define the scope of brand projects including deliverables, milestones, resource needs, and budgets.
Guide internal staff and outside agencies in a variety of cross disciplinary executions.
Ensure your team creates high quality creative executions with timely delivery.
Work among a passionate team in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, highly collaborative environment.
Apply best practices in cross discipline knowledge sharing across multiple teams and organizations.
Create the systems to enable the rest of the organization to execute similar initiatives.
What you'll need
Minimum of 8 years of experience producing and launching brands.
Have experience managing visual identity projects.
Excellent business acumen, with a thorough understanding of how to achieve goals while meeting an expected brand standard, a passion for aesthetic quality within set budgets and schedules.
Clear and effective communication skills.
Partnership experience with outside agencies and contract negotiations.
Love of storytelling that pushes creative boundaries.
