About the job
Serve as a key member of the Uber Corporate Development
Identify and build relationships with key corporate development targets and potential targets
Help execute on Uber’s top corporate development opportunities while working with key internal stakeholders (e.g. product, engineering, finance, legal, etc.)
Support integration related efforts from M&A activities
Prepare and give business reviews to Uber senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks
Work closely with global, regional and local Business Development team members to drive partnerships and other business development opportunities
Handle a high volume of engagements and the fast pace of our company
Position is based in San Francisco
What you need
Minimumof 3 years of total work experience at a leading investment bank, private equity or consulting firm and/or in corporate development at a tech company. MBA preferred
Ability to fuse business, strategy, finance and legal concepts to lead complex, multi-faceted deals
Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
