About the Role
The Perception Team's mission is to deliver deep learning based features that will contribute short term to both the car and truck programs, while developing solutions for the future of self-driving.
What You’ll Do
Develop infrastructure systems that support training and evaluation of deep learning algorithms used by self-driving vehicles
Deal with large quantities of sensor data recorded by ATG vehicle fleet using large compute clusters for processing
Collaborate with senior deep learning researchers and engineers in autonomy
What You’ll Need
Degree in an engineering or computer science related discipline or equivalent work experience
Minimum 5 years of hands on experience developing production quality software using python
Comfortable working in a Linux environment
Strong knowledge and experience with C++
Bonus Points If
Knowledge of computer vision and machine learning fundamentals
