On the Enterprise team, we’re helping scale and amplify our partnerships with global restaurant groups across the US & Canada. The Program Manager, Enterprise - Marketing will work closely with Business Development, Global Marketing, subregional Marketing teams and with external partners on co-marketing campaigns and growth initiatives. This is an opportunity to be a founding member of a new all-star team at the center of a globally-strategic initiative for the EATS business.
What You’ll Do
Project manage and/or drive execution of co-marketing campaigns with Enterprise partners across the US & Canada (e.g. Global McDelivery Day)
Craft impactful go-to-market plans to support new partner and/or product launches in the Enterprise space, including research, messaging, positioning, and PR strategies.
Be a thought-partner for Business Development, Global Marketing, PR and local teams on Enterprise growth initiatives; empower city teams with guidelines and best practices
Be the advocate for consumers, delivery partners & Enterprise partners in the region by using customer insights, steering & validating the co-marketing roadmap
What You’ll Need
Experience delivering highly successful go-to-market strategies in an innovative tech / digital business with a strong concentration in partnership co-marketing
Strong project and relationship management - you’ll spend a lot of time working with external partners and their ops teams to successfully launch and scale these partnership (ex-consulting or client management experience a plus)
Creative problem solving - we’re building the foundation of how national and global partners exist in the UberEverything world and that means combining what we’ve already learnt with solving new problems from scratch
Ability to work cross-functionally - you’ll interact daily with Business Development, Global and local Marketing to get your job done
A comfort level of delivering material for both internal and external stakeholders - This means building quick and dirty reports, as well as creating and presenting polished executive level presentations
Eagerness to roll up your sleeves and dig-in to the grittiness of operations problems - McDonald’s franchisee has a missing payment? No problem.
