NextHealth Technologies is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support an energetic and fast-paced CEO and his team at a dynamic health care information technology later-stage start-up company located in downtown Denver.
This individual will provide strategic and administrative support, be a fantastic multitasker, willing to roll up their sleeves and support the company with a “can do” attitude and be a key extension of the CEO/Senior Leadership Teams.

Extensive calendar management of a busy, complex and frequently changing schedule, including organization and prioritization of internal and external meetings, demonstrating accurate prioritization to ensure the effective use of the CEO’s time
Confirms all meetings 24 hours in advance
Research, schedule and manage CEO travel (domestic)
Respond to email within 24 hours
Organize agenda and logistics for bi-annual strategic planning retreat
Organize Board of Director requests, quarterly meetings, and monthly check-in calls as well as logistic preparation for onsite Board activities
Manage bi-weekly Senior Leadership Team meeting including open times and key takeaways
Manage investor inquiries and meetings
Manage expense submission of CEO and direct reports
Event planning for staff, clients, Board of Directors, and vendors
Work closely with VP of People on culture activities, new hire onboarding and people development
General office administration including maintaining supplies and serve as the go-to for office inquiries and conflicts
Provide administrative and project support to the Senior Leadership Team as needed
Gatekeeper for CEO and staff against frequent solicitors and unnecessary correspondence
Consistently works at our downtown Denver office to ensure effective oversight of office operations
Available to respond to CEO requests outside of regular business hours when he travels
Other activities as assigned

Bachelors Degree or equivalent job experience (7+ years)
3-5 years supporting SVP and above (C-Suite preferred)
Successful track record in a high-performance work environment
Extreme multi-tasking experience
Excellent attention to detail, organization, verbal, written and presentation skills
Advanced software skills: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, LinkedIn, courier services, and all major airlines
Smart and adaptable with a self-assured and imperturbable nature
Comfortable with ambiguity and change and uses initiative to navigate this
Holds their own and is comfortable balancing challenging and pushing back with accommodating changing priorities
Experience handling sensitive and confidential materials with absolute discretion
Willingness and positivity to do what it takes
Early stage venture-backed company experience
Ability to create and manage relationships with a variety of senior level executives
Software skills:, Concur Travel, DocuSign, OpenTable, social media platforms, WordPress/website design and maintenance
Visa and consulate experience
American Express experience (transaction reporting, Amex travel, and card management
Corporate banking knowledge: Bank of America/Merrill Lynch/American Express
