Job Description:

We are seeking a Contracts Administrator/Paralegal to join Sojern’s in-house Legal team. As part of the Sojern Legal team, you will work cross-functionally with finance, business and operational teams to assist with and manage a variety of tasks, projects, and processes. We're looking for a professional, detail-oriented team member that brings excellent organizational skills coupled with a great business sense, a strong work ethic, and a good sense of humor.



Review and negotiate NDAs, media buying agreements, data partnerships agreements and other agreements.

Help develop and improve applicable forms, processes, and procedures

Manage signature and approvals process for various agreements

Corporate Compliance:

Maintain corporate governance and other corporate records for Sojern’s related entities, including international subsidiaries

Assist in formation and maintenance of various Sojern corporate entities

Assist with creation of board and shareholder materials

Desired Skills and Experience:

Positive attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to interact and communicate effectively at all levels of the company and externally

Results-oriented, creative, proactive, efficient and resourceful team player

Hands-on mentality and a commitment to help our Legal Department deliver best-in-class services

Excellent judgment, self-starter with a passion for scaling high-growth companies

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in order to complete tasks accurately, on schedule, and with minimal supervision

Travel industry, digital media and/or advertising expertise highly preferred
