The role:

Sojern is looking for a Dublin-based Multilingual Associate Account Manager to join our EMEA team. As an Associate Account Manager, you will play a critical role within the company through hands-on management of advertiser campaigns while developing and maintaining our partner relationships.

Coordinate with sales, ad operations and external clients to ensure campaigns are successfully launched and meet client’s goals.

Provide campaign strategies and brainstorm new ideas and concepts to wow potential clients and grow current clients.

Analyze and interpret performance data to provide optimization recommendations and client facing reporting.

Partner closely with internal teams on day-to-day operational processes and larger, high-impact strategic improvements—with special focus on our business in Latin America.

Provide high-quality service and drive the bar higher for client satisfaction



Qualifications / Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting or a related area.

Second/Third European language: Italian/Spanish preferred

0-2 years industry, Account Management and job-related experience

Strong interest in online advertising technology

Strong oral and written communication skills and client services potential

Detail-oriented, good organizational skills and ability to manage time and multiple tasks

Solid computer skills with experience using MS Office and Google applications

Intermediate analysis skills

Ability to work in fast paced environment and meet expectations of multiple constituents
