We are looking for a creative, talented and passionate product marketer to share the Glint story with the world. You will be a critical member of the Glint team with key responsibilities including the development and execution of the go-to-market strategy for Glint offerings. In your role, you will drive product positioning, competitive analysis, content development, and sales enablement. Partnering with marketing, sales, product and others across the organization to achieve success is part of your DNA.
What you will do…
Together with the product, marketing and sales teams, educate both internal and external stakeholders on our product features and their benefits.
Own product launches including naming, messaging, and go to market execution.
Develop innovative & compelling content for our sales teams to use including pitch decks, demos, data sheets, FAQ’s, playbooks & more.
Create/secure new content to drive target customer engagement (including website copy, thought leadership assets such as whitepapers and ebooks, product videos, blog posts, etc.).
Work closely with sales team on positioning, competitive analysis/response, and sales calls when appropriate to provide deeper dives into the product.
Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the story of our product.
Measure and optimize the buyer journey as it relates to successful customer acquisition, adoption and success.
Who you are…
5-7 years experience in digital marketing, product marketing, and/or product management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills — there is a heavy amount of writing and presenting/selling ideas in this role.
Prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity. This role requires you to work across functions and departments to bring to life the product. You are at the center of our entire organization, constantly interacting with teammates and prospects.
Enterprise software background.
Small company/start-up experience desirable.
Industry experience a plus.
