As a Customer Success Engineer, you will play a critical technical role in building and sustaining our customer and partner success while accelerating adoption of our solutions.
Being a Customer Success Engineer places you in a high impact, highly visible technical position, responsible to ensure customer satisfaction, promote successful implementation of our solutions within current customers and partners and support sales efforts in developing new business opportunities.
You will establish and maintain a close interface with our customers and partners, providing advanced professional services and expert-level technical support for their cloud migration projects.
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to influence future development and evolution of our solutions to meet customer needs, and actively contribute to the technical sales process, including developing knowledge-base articles, blogs and implementation best-practices.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
5 years of experience working in an enterprise software, cloud management, cloud migration, or cloud BC/DR company
Minimum 2 years of experience in implementing or supporting public cloud migration IaaS projects
At least 3 years of experience working in customer-facing professional services or technical support
Technical skills and knowledge in multi-tier enterprise application architectures, application controllers and other technologies found in Enterprise cloud environments
Essential administrative skills and experience with Enterprise Linux distributions (e.g. RHEL, SLES, CentOS, Ubuntu) and Windows Server versions.
Deep technical knowledge and prior experience with at least one of the following Public Cloud Providers: Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform
Deep technical knowledge and prior experience with VMware vSphere platform and virtualization environments
Experience with integrating private and public cloud solutions is a plus.
Experience working in a dynamic startup environment and with a geographically dispersed team
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
