We're looking for a Supply Chain and Operations Coordinator to join us on this amazing journey.

Who you are:

The Supply Chain & Operations Coordinator will work with both internal and external business partners to oversee the procurement and inbound delivery of our products. You will monitor the outbound shipping of customer orders and analyze customer feedback to continually improve the customer experience. You love problem solving and creating efficiencies across Supply Chain and Operations processes.

What you’ll do:

Effectively coordinate activities related to Procurement, Logistics, and other Supply Chain functions
Oversee inbound delivery of goods and place purchase orders for distribution center receipt
Correspond with domestic and overseas suppliers regarding orders, delivery status and shipping documents
Ensure suppliers meet expected ship dates and track receipts into inventory
Work with other departments to resolve any supply, quality, or logistic problems associated with inventory
Monitor customer orders for backorder, delivery and quality issues
Create and coordinate supply chain processes and solutions that are cost effective, efficient, and ensure customer satisfaction
Work closely with the Director of Supply Chain & Operations to ensure the best supply chain solutions are achieved

Ability to organize and prioritize tasks resulting in consistent productivity
Excellent attention to detail, yet flexible in approach
Demonstrated collaborator across multiple functions, including Product Development, Merchandising, Marketing and Finance
Customer focused with exceptional problem solving skills
Willingness to jump in and do what it takes
Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change of pace
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite. Ability to develop simple quantitative analyses in MS Excel
1-3 years work experience in a Supply Chain, Logistics or other related field
