We are looking for people that can help us build the next chapter of MobileIron which means helping us scale to meet the needs of our rapidly growing customer base.

What you’ll be doing…

Be the power user in our marketing automation tool, Marketo
Ensure timely program creation and standardization of list imports
Build and test program workflows in Marketo to achieve the goal of each campaign, including correct assets, copy, images, data collection, and tracking points
Create, deploy, and monitor Marketo programs, such as email campaigns, webinar and event programs
Create Smart Lists to tailor campaigns for targeted audiences across specific market segments, industries, and roles
Ensure web assets and social campaigns have required Marketo programs built in order to properly track performance and report on results
Assist with Marketo support as required on other Marketing team efforts
Work closely with our Enterprise Applications team on new integrations workflows to SFDC
You should feel equally comfortable working directly with and taking direction from both technical and non-technical marketing team members
Set up and facilitate webinars for North America
What you’ve done…

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
2-4 years’ experience in marketing, technology, or agencies
Experience in Marketo and Salesforce is required
Understanding of database concepts and strong user of MS Excel
Experience in B2B marketing automation, with support of global campaigns, including localization
Excellent communication, time management and personal management skills
Preferred Qualifications:

Bonus points for experience in:

Graphic design, knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Excel - formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP
