Our Professional Services team is looking for a Technical Consultant, who will be responsible for carrying out the successful deployment and integration of BlueJeans services for some of our largest and most strategic accounts. As part of the customer onboarding program, you will be the primary point of contact to provide technical solutions throughout deployment of BlueJeans within customer’s environment. You know how to leverage your technical expertise and best practices to work closely with Sales, Project Management, Partners and the customer's IT staff, to ensure successful rollout of BlueJeans services. The ideal candidate is a technical expert with an entrepreneurial drive and passion for customer success.
Lead the deployment, integration and optimization of BlueJeans’ products within customers’ infrastructure.
Perform network assessment and gap analysis.
Onboard users via Single Sign On and manage software/hardware deployment.
Deliver 3rd party system integration.
Be the primary point of contact for technical escalations during deployment of BlueJeans.
Optimize deployment processes by contributing to the improvement of tools and systems used to support a variety of deployment tasks.
Provide clear and constructive product feedbacks collected during the deployment phase to product management team.
Serve as a technical subject matter expert for cross-functional organizations, such as sales, customer success, product management, etc.
Experience in configuring and supporting Unified Communications, VoIP, or Video Conferencing systems.
Working knowledge of IP Telephony protocols such as H.323 or SIP as well as audio/video codecs
Proficiency in networking protocols and experience in debugging network/firewall problems.
Experience with Single Sign On or Active Directory is a plus.
Excellent communication, critical thinking & analytical skills.
Demonstrated ability to take ownership of deployments through successful completion.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Hit the ground running and can adapt quickly to new challenges.
BA/BS degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent work experience. 5+ years working experience in a client-facing technical role.
