Who You Are

As a mid-level Digital Graphic Designer, you are passionate about both technology and design. Not only are you able to create innovative digital designs that exceed strategic and creative expectations, you are also able to bring the brand to life in video format, engaging customers in various social media platforms. You are able to tell stories with visuals that draw our customer in - building our brand awareness and customer loyalty while increasing sales.

You will work with a team of creatives and cross functional business partners to brainstorm and execute multiple ads, videos, and brand building campaigns (seasonal and evergreen) weekly. You are able to multi-task and work on a multitude of projects, working efficiently and thoughtfully to always deliver on time and on target creative.

The right fit is someone who is a creative and strategic designer, passionate for learning and developing new skills in digital/video ad creation, and who is willing to jump in and make an immediate impact on the team.

What You'll Do

Work closely with copywriting partners to brainstorm ideas for digital advertising to include emails, site ads, social media ads, and blog posts
Use your creative thinking to storyboard video concepts with videographer, pushing new techniques and ideas to create memorable ads on social media and online
Be part of a fun, collaborative team, always learning, teaching and working together to deliver a strong, cohesive customer experience
Report into the digital Art Director
Minimum Qualifications

5-7+ years experience as a Graphic Designer
Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Keynote and Powerpoint
Stellar visual skills/strong understanding of key design principals:
photography, typography, layout, color
Experience creating assets for social media platforms (FB, IG, Pinterest, Blogs)
Ability to clearly present your work; you are articulate and can advocate design rationale.
Able to give and receive constructive feedback, and push designs to next level
Experience partnering with cross functional teams in brainstorming new campaigns
Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 5+ years design experience
Video post production knowledge is a plus, or willingness to learn
Strong portfolio, showcasing your best work and demonstrating how you design to solve customer needs
Additional Preferred Qualifications

Ability to edit video in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro
Working knowledge of Ui/Ux design
Experience in designing in Fashion or Beauty retail
Small start up experience
