To define geographical strategy to source, Shortlist and Identify target companies for selling company services
To write convincing business communications, design packages and its pricing, pitch to clients and persistently persuade and aid the tie-up to be established
Developing and guiding Field Marketing Executive (FME) team in sourcing, managing and developing new business opportunities.
To co-ordinate with IT, Creative Team and Service Delivery Team to chalk out the service plan for the client
To train the network member and CRM team for delivering project as per the agreed terms
To resolve grievances during the service delivery, if any and provide highest client satisfaction during the project.
Developing and sustaining rapport with key account clients by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities
P & L reconciliations of the project and coordinating with finance team for closure of the project once completed
To keep a good rapport and constantly update self with knowledge about company products, served clients current market position and focus to deliver best for the company and client.
