Are you a high-energy, competitive, driven online sales master with strong business skills and a natural desire to win? Ecommerce is a primary route to market for SMB and Commercial sales, as well as a way for execs within enterprises of all sizes to begin their BlueJeans buying experience. You will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional partners to manage all aspects of our global eCommerce business including strategy, planning, content, design, development, and analytics. The role reports to the VP/GM of the Commercial Business and is based in Mountain View, CA.

Responsibilities

Identify new global eCommerce opportunities and generate and lead new initiatives to drive eCommerce sales and profitability
Devise, launch, and analyze A/B tests to optimize pricing, packaging, and funnel pull through.
Serve as a primary point of contact within the sales organization for cross functional and geographic sales partners acting as a project manager to evaluate, prioritize, develop, manage, implement and test global eCommerce projects
Participate in the development and execution of strategic and tactical business plans with other members of the cross functional team supporting the eCommerce strategy
Manage the shopping user experience and all aspects of eCommerce web analytics and communicate relevant information to team members, executive leadership, and cross-functional partners
Partner with key development and cross-functional teams to ensure all relevant organizational goals and implications are factored into eCommerce projects

Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of e-commerce experience (in addition to degree or years of previous experience) driving revenue in a competitive environment
Proven leadership of a large B2B or B2C eCommerce businesses; global experience a plus
Extensive knowledge of e-commerce technology, reporting, and analytics
Mastery of eCommerce best practices, outstanding analytical skills, and strong experience devising, running, and analyzing online testing
Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives
Strong communication skills: must be able to simplify complex business situations and effectively communicate concepts up, down, and across organization
Detail oriented with a high clock speed with an ability to thrive in a high growth startup and juggle many balls at one time
BA/BS degree, MBA a plus
A sense of humor is an absolute must
