The Role
This is a ground floor opportunity to be a part of and help build our growing customer experience team in our regional office in Atlanta. The ideal candidate will have 3-4+ years experience in sales and customer service or in the real estate market as an agent, representing Opendoor as a reliable real estate professional able to achieve balance between customer orientation and a results-driven approach. Due to the nature of our business, this role has a weekend schedule where days off would be during the weekdays. Compensation for the Licensed Home Advisor role is a mixture of base salary and commission.
As a Licensed Home Advisor, you will:
Be the first point of contact between both real estate agents, customers and Opendoor, leveraging phone, text and email communication
Be the face of Opendoor in our markets when meeting face-to-face with both customers and agents
Personally manage a high volume of fast-moving transactions in an organized, professional, and friendly manner
Work as part of a team that owns performance across the end-to-end funnel(acquisition to resale) of specific homes
Negotiating offers and repairs, and keeping records of sales and data
Work closely with a world-class cross-functional team to rapidly build better process, tools, and metrics
Gather and synthesizing customer and agent insights to help our product and marketing teams deliver a better customer experience
As a Licensed Home Advisor...
You hold an active GA real estate license
You have a proactive, problem-solving attitude and strong work ethic: you succeed no matter what and never let the ball drop
You are a fast learner, are highly coachable, and are a leader to those around you
You have strong sales intuition and are excited to build relationships with customers and agents in the community alike
You are able to juggle a wide variety of tasks
Fantastic interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organizational and time-management skills
You are open to non-conventional hoursn(home shopping happens mornings, nights, and weekends)
