The Enterprise Sales Development position is responsible for contacting and qualifying inbound leads, identifying and targeting outbound prospects to drive qualified pipeline for field sales organization Primary Job Responsibilities: Attain or exceed a monthly quota of Sales Accepted Opportunities, based upon setting discovery calls with qualified prospects Qualify inbound leads and outbound prospects via phone and email: identify key decision makers, business pain points, relevant projects, budget, and purchase timeframes Manage, track, and report on all sales activities and results using and required sales tools Uncover prospect’s business challenges and identify relevant new business opportunities Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of BlueJeans products, industry trends and competition. Provide closed-loop feedback to ensure continuous process optimization. Utilize a consistent contact attempt process to follow-up, nurture, and qualify leads generated by marketing campaigns. Ensure all discovery calls and follow-up demos occur; follow up with Account Executives and prospects regularly to make sure opportunities are progressing Work closely with assigned Account Executives to build and execute a territory plan and grow pipeline for that region Record all activities in, and create Salesforce reports and views to organize and manage leads and opportunities Required Skills/ Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, Sales, and/or Marketing (SaaS experience a plus, but not required) Proven track record of exceeding high-volume sales targets and/or experience succeeding in a goal-driven environment Highly motivated, driven and self-starting individual Competitive with a ‘must win’ attitude Articulate with excellent written skills and good business acumen Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections Ability to self-manage call structure and controls
