Job Responsibilities : To ensure cleanliness and orderliness is maintained in the company premises Provide good experience to visitors through well trained hospitality staff To ensure premises of the company is manned by security personnel and invigilated thoroughly round the clock To lias with government agencies for required documentation and compliance To manage water, phone, electricity, etc. related needs of the organization To frequently communicate and prepare reports on the Administrative activities To manage accounts,attendance,movements of staffs. Person Specification: Very good in communication, documentation, file management and reporting to management Extremely vigilant, driven & disciplined with an ability to create similar team Able to oversee day & night operations of the organization through resources deployed Knowledge of file management, Microsoft office, Emails Desktop & Mobile Ability to manage blue collar staff and white collar staff with equal ease and efficiency Able and keenness in cost effectively deliver the needs of the organization
