The Sales Manager Nordics is a sales position responsible for developing and closing business within target enterprise accounts in the Nordics countries. Your role will be to develop and implement plans to fulfill our strategic vision with major customers and prospects, explore and drive new business, build customer loyalty, and coordinate the MobileIron team´s effort towards the accounts.

The Sales Manager - Nordics will be responsible for selling the complete MobileIron solution, products and services.

What you’ll be doing…

Building pipeline in accounts (both existing and prospective), ensuring the healthy balance of sales stage maturity required to consistently deliver in the current quarter and the longer term.
Formulating strategies for building the accounts and maximizing MobileIron´s potential to do business with the customers.
Being a business analyst and consultant; understand the customer´s business and helping the customer maximize its business potential within the areas served by our products and services.
Being a capabilities expert, assisting the prospects and customers in identifying needs and defining solutions, directing the customer toward the right products or services.
Being a resource provider and problem solver. Negotiating internally for resources to meet the customer’s needs.
Developing, maintaining and implementing account plans that contain strategies and action plans for maximizing value of the accounts.
Being a door opener and facilitator; ensuring that the right people in the MobileIron organization get together with the right people from the customer’s organization.
Coordinating the efforts of the internal team that serve the customer to ensure a companywide approach to the customer.
Collaborating with partner team to assist in the development, enablement, and growth of your accounts.
Proposal development; creating offers that represent maximum value to the customer. Making sure that the proposals address the customer’s key issues, needs and requirements.
Monitoring customer satisfaction.
What you’ve done…

Min 8-10 years’ technology related sales experience (candidate with Mobility or IT security background is a plus), with proven track record of achieving and over achieving quota
Proven track record of achieving business objectives in a highly competitive environment, working with enterprise clients
Proven ability to engage at C-level for the purpose of solution selling, establishing peer relationships, articulating strategic vision
Ability to operate in a Channel driven sales environment.
Fluent in both Swedish and English (both written and spoken)
Extensive experience in the Nordics market
