Regional Vice President, Sales – East

The Glint sales team is passionate about bringing innovative products to market and building something amazing. We are looking for a high-performing sales leader to lead the East region sales team. Reporting to the CRO, you will build a team that consistently identifies, qualifies, and captures new and expansion sales opportunities. You will have a solid understanding of Enterprise HR platforms and products, be a fantastic coach, and focus on building a team that consistently hits its commitments.

What you will do…

Develop regional quarterly and annual business performance including territory plans and qualified pipeline

Understand customer goals and challenges and establish Glint’s product as the best solution available

Establish sales techniques and demonstrate full knowledge of company’s product & industry trends

Collaborate with senior leadership to define corporate strategy and lead high impact initiatives to fuel new growth areas

Lead in establishing the strategic and tactical plans required to identify, qualify, and capture new sales opportunities

Mentor and develop a skilled and dedicated sales team

Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline necessary to deliver against budget and quota responsibilities

Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends and technical developments that affect target markets

Day to day sales team management including recruitment, training, motivation, support, development, and evaluation

Lead efforts to improve work processes and build customer partnerships to meet or exceed customer expectations and increase loyalty

Maintain accurate and detailed records

Coordinate with teams across our organization to create focus and drive results

Who you are…

Seasoned sales executive with 10 plus years experience (preferably in a high growth company)

5 years managing a high performing sales team

Experience selling HR-related application software products highly desirable

Experience in creating, managing and developing thriving teams

Knowledge of the customers and channels that serve the customer base

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail

Strong understanding of sales operations

History of delivering revenue targets

Positive attitude, energetic, upbeat and professional

High degree of motivation and exceptional drive to succeed

Willing to learn and easily adaptable
