Description

We’re looking for a Sales superstar to join our team and help our expansion efforts into Central! If you are a high-energy, driven Account Executive with knowledge of technology and solid business-to-business SAAS sales and account management experience, we’d love to talk. In this role, you will use your strategic social selling skills to educate prospective customers on the benefits and value of Glint products and solutions. You will serve as a trusted adviser, share insights and continually seek opportunities for growth to make your customers as strong and successful as possible.


Who you are…

Minimum of 5 years’ experience selling cloud-based/SaaS products to C-suite and executive-level business decision makers. Previous experience selling HR related application software products highly desirable
Ability to close complex enterprise deals and consistently meet or exceed assigned quotas
High degree of motivation and exceptional drive to succeed
Effective time management and deal management
Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience and comfort in an environment in which building a pipeline of leads is a prerequisite for success
Highly capable of solving problems and dealing with incomplete information, especially when access to teammates is hindered by multiple time-zones
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work on teams as well as independently
Confidence and capability to challenge status quo and create urgency within prospective client companies
Multi-lingual is a plus


What you will do…

Establish, expand, and maintain a pipeline of prospects to produce consistent, sustainable results
Qualify and forecast deals accurately
Maintain accurate and detailed records
Use and contribute to enhancing established sales techniques and demonstrate full knowledge of company’s product & industry trends
Generate revenue by developing, selling, managing, and growing new enterprise-level clients
Understand customer goals and challenges and clearly establish the differentiated elements of Glint’s product and solutions
Meet and exceed quarterly and annual quotas and objectives as determined by leadership
