We are looking for Sales Engineers in the Midwest Regions in the US. This person will be responsible for all technical aspects of our products with our partners and customers in the regions.
The Sales Engineering positions will be responsible for assuring Mist’s products delight partners and customers equally
The person in this position will demonstrate the Mist WLAN and Location Based Services platforms vs competitive architectures and be responsible for proof of concept pilots at end customers with partners. WLAN design experience with Ekahau, AirMagnet … tools are a must.
Extensive knowledge of layer 1 through 7 network stack to assist customers to implement the Mist products in customer environment
Collaborate with the sales, product marketing and engineering teams to work on customer’s projects and keep one another updated on new marketplace dynamics
Support partners. Train the reseller, service providers and system integrators’ sales engineers and solution architects, as well as NOC and call center analysts and engineers, in all aspects of the Mist environment.
7+ years Enterprise sales engineering in the territory in either a WLAN manufacturer or partner experience is required. It is desirable that the candidate have start-up company experience
Ability to multitask and manage complex sales cycles to completion
Must be able to work independently with a passion to sell
Excellent written, verbal, presentation and phone communication skills
Open to travel 50% of the time
