Sales Enablement Product Marketing Manager

The Agari Product Marketing team is seeking a Product Marketing Manager specializing in Sales Enablement to enable the productivity and high performance of our sales and growing partner organization through the development of marketing content and tools. The successful candidate will increase Agari's sales results and productivity by ensuring that every salesperson has the required knowledge, skills, and materials to optimize every interaction with Enterprise sales prospects. Responsibilities will include managing the new hire onboarding process for sales and channel teams and sales boot camps to drive continuous development, developing the training and enablement roadmap for the sales and partner communities.  

While this is an individual contributor role (reporting to the Director of Product Marketing), the candidate must successfully manage cross-functional relationships, supporting Agari Sales, Marketing, and channel organizations. Success in the role requires a team player approach, strong organizational skills, relevant product knowledge or understanding of cybersecurity, the ability to work across teams with disparate needs, creativity and original thinking to proactively identify new and different approaches to delivering content and measuring the effectiveness of that delivery.

  • Ensure that the Agari and Partner sales teams are using the most effective sales collateral, high value content, and developing best practices around the use of both

  • Maintain sales playbooks and evolve them in an iterative fashion with Agari's growth

  • Develop and run salesperson onboarding to reduce ramp times

  • Deliver an ongoing sales training curriculum that increases the sales team’s effectiveness

  • Development of sales and partner presentations, computer-based training modules, collateral, surveys, interview guides, buyer personas, check lists, and other sales aids

  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales leadership, and Customer Success teams to align sales training and related content to ensure our sales teams are equipped for all major and minor launches/go-to-markets

  • Drive selection and development of learning tools and infrastructure

  • Develop competency assessments and certification programs

  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement investments and programs.

  • Review and maintain our content library and tools, ensuring it is current and relevant, continually incorporating feedback from the field community on gaps and new content to add


  • 3-5 years of experience in designing sales enablement programs, sales trainings, or working in a similar sales support role (preferably in an  Enterprise security sales environment)

  • Hands-on experience with LMS tools and processes (Brainshark, Cornerstone, etc).
    Experience in both sales and marketing organizations

  • Experience in creating sales support tools, content and programs that support lead conversion and sales

  • Prior sales experience highly desired

  • Applied understanding of enterprise sales frameworks

  • Stellar interpersonal skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in one-on-one and group settings

  • Excellent at managing projects and task prioritization

  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly

  • Startup experience appreciated

  • Domain expertise in cybersecurity, email security, SaaS, Office365 desired
