Description

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Lead and work with the global sales engineering & sales teams to develop comprehensive sales and customer success plans
  • Prepare and present persuasive arguments to overcome customer objections and articulate how Dtex can both compliment and fill gaps in existing security infrastructure
  • Fulfill a consultative role to customers during solution design and act as the “Trusted Advisor”
  • Manage projects to deploy Dtex software solution into both POV and Production customer environments
  • Establishing trust with clients by maintaining privacy, confidentiality, and objectivity for all interactions with the customer and their data
  • Coordination of support, analyst and engineering resources to successfully deliver against a clearly defined set of User Behavior Intelligence use cases, which have been interpreted from customer requirements and influenced to align with core Dtex Platform functionality

 

Skills & Knowledge:

  • 7+ years of experience in security, operations and customer-facing technical pre-sales or product/account management
  • Experience building and leading Sales Engineering teams
  • Requires 5+ years of hands-on experience in network/end-user security; networking technologies & tools; Windows/Linux system Admin; and hands-on experience with SIEM, UEBA and DLP solutions
  • Ability to present/demonstrate Dtex Systems’ product and solution sets; articulate Dtex Systems vision to Manager, Director and CxO levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to analyze complex multivariate problems and use a systematic approach to gain quick resolution
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, both internally and externally
  • Nice to have: Experience with administration, troubleshooting and scripting in Linux and Windows environments (PowerShell or Python experience preferred)
