Description

ClearDATA is seeking an Inside Sales Executive (ISE) that wants to use their business development skills and deep knowledge of healthcare technology to truly make a difference in Healthcare! If you’re passionate about creating a new category of technology that will fundamentally make healthcare better, come join our team. The Inside Sales Executive will predominately sell over the phone to the SMB market. In this role, you will be responsible for following-up with inbound leads to qualify, educate, and win new business. These are complex, competitive sales that require a high degree of cloud computing knowledge, sales acumen, and tenacity. The ISE's first responsibility is to meet, or exceed, monthly quota expectations, by delivering an exceptional prospect buying experience, thorough knowledge of the product portfolio, and a well-orchestrated sales process.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Contact inbound leads and qualify or nurture them to begin the sales process
  • Develop and present sales presentations to communicate ClearDATA’s value proposition and product portfolio
  • Orchestrate the sales process from start to close, including scheduling, technical discovery, proposal development and delivery, negotiation, contracting, and order placement
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead and prospect records within SFDC, including activities, call tracking, and notes
  • Provide accurate and timely pipeline forecasts, including close date, revenue, and product info
  • Recommend changes in products, services, and policies based on prospect requirements and sales results
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks, and participating in professional associations
  • Ensure an excellent customer experience during the hand-off process to the implementation, support, and account management teams.
  • Other duties as needed

 

What You’ll Need:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in either Cloud Infrastructure of SaaS environments
  • Experience selling to the provider, payer or pharma space
  • A proven track record of identifying and closing sales that meets or exceeds individual quota
  • Understanding of the drivers for customer cloud adoption
  • Previous work experience in complex sales cycle environment
  • Previous experience selling subscription-based products
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field required
  • Superb business development and negotiation skills
  • Positive, “can do” attitude
  • Team Player
