About the Role

What you’ll do


  • Source and recruit high-impact operations talent for Uber Eats and Uber Freight across U.S. and Canada
  • Become an expert on Uber’s recruiting processes and analyze data to understand areas of improvement
  • Work closely with our US/CAN Operations Recruiting team to maintain a consistent pipeline of talent
  • Own all inbound applications
  • Conduct phone screens with 20-30 candidates per week
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to advise on sourcing strategies


What you’ll need


  • 3+ years of professional recruiting experience
  • Superior organizational skills, integrity and great follow through on tasks
  • Superior stakeholder management and engagement skills
  • Innovative ideas, constantly looking for ways to improve our existing processes
  • Desire to solve complex problems in an ever changing environment
  • Sensitivity towards the candidate experience & willingness to go above and beyond


Bonus Points:


  • Previous experience as a full-cycle recruiter in a high-growth, start up environment (in-house or agency!)
  • Working knowledge of boolean operators
  • Experience using iCIMS or other applicant tracking systems
  • Experience using advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets functions (pivot tables, Vlookup, countif, ect.)


About the Team:

The US/CAN Operations Recruiting team owns all operations recruiting for the Ride sharing, Uber Eats, and Uber Freight businesses.
