About the Role
Uber is hiring a Senior Manager, Employer Brand & Marketing to help us continue to build our unique culture by driving strategy and execution of our recruitment marketing and employer brand efforts across all businesses globally.
The Employer Brand & Marketing team’s goal is to attract and welcome the best, brightest, and most diverse talent to come work at Uber. We’re focused on building an inclusive employer brand and providing a seamless experience for candidates who are interested in joining us. We manage all of our online and offline Careers properties, run scalable marketing campaigns and events to reach & invite candidates to apply to jobs, and partner with teams across the company to drive results for their recruitment needs.
The ideal candidate has marketing experience, and an understanding of the recruiting function, people management experience, and a background working in technology. As a senior manager you will have two audiences that you will need to deeply understand and build programs for: candidates and employees (current and former.) This is a global and highly collaborative role; you’ll partner with Recruiting, Brand and Marketing teams, and D&I teams. This role is based in our San Francisco office, but will work closely with our global team.
