Exabeam is looking for an energetic, creative and goal oriented Recruiter (Contract) to join our growing team. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this full cycle recruiter role will identify, screen and hire roles across multiple functions. At Exabeam, we encourage growth and nurture potential. Hire and recruit for roles across multiple functions (Engineering, Customer Success, Finance, G&A, etc.)
Understand and help define role criteria and strategize with hiring managers on requirements
Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility
Identify, screen, and hire the Bay Area’s top talent
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion
Research and develop recruiting leads
5–10 years experience of start-up, high growth recruiting
Deep understanding of recruitment processes
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software and candidate databases
Strong knowledge of candidates sourcing and selection methods
Entrepreneurial spirit and openness to work in a fast pace environment with changing priorities
