The Head of Recruiting role will oversee all recruiting at Modsy. They will create a world class candidate experience and talent brand; have experience working on their own and building from the ground up; and finally, develop and grow a team.  While you will be leading recruiting across all roles it is highly desirable to have experience recruiting top technical talent (engineering, product and design) that is distributed across multiple locations (including international locations). Competition is tough out there and we have hard problems to solve and have a high bar.  Modsy is a startup.  It’s You'll have the opportunity to build from the ground up and work with senior leadership regularly to grow the talent capability at Modsy. What you will accomplish in 90 days

  • Establish goals and timelines with hiring managers for their highest priority roles.

  • Set realistic expectations to build pipelines reflective of Modsy’s diversity goals.

  • Hire top priority roles.

What you will accomplish in 180 days

  • Ensure a world-class end-to-end unbiased candidate experience.

  • Work with the leadership team to embed our diversity goals throughout our candidate experience.

  • Define recruiting best practices and train all hiring managers on these practices.
