Exabeam is seeking a Part Time - Marketing Events Contractor to join our growing marketing team for 10 -15hours/week. The ideal candidate must be organized, self-motivated, able to multi-task and enjoy the fast pace of a startup environment. He/she will support all aspects of trade shows and event planning.

Events & Trade shows:
Support all aspects of trade shows including logistics, banners, staffing coordination, and post-show support.
Organize lead-generating/strategic events working with various vendors as the sales/client services teams
Day to day management of the event management system
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of events
Communicate effectively and on a regularly scheduled cadence to ensure partner alignment
Secure private dining areas and sports suites for customExabeam events
Provide post event feedback and improvement areas
Help schedule and maintain company events calendar
Giveaways and handout inventory and production
Provide support to marketing department
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize and manage various projects
Experience in SIEM, log management, behavioral analytics, IT security or related industries a plus
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
