Position Overview

 

This person will be responsible for growing our market share across ANZ and 'owning' sales efforts.  Initial role will be strategic individual contributor (player role) designed to be tip of the spear (face/voice) of Exabeam.    Will be instrumental in driving end user demand and working closely with the channel partners to maximize traction in the market. Initial responsibility will be to build momentum and position us for expansion and in turn this role will evolve to Country Manager. Very opportunistic for someone who relishes greenfield and building out a region and then be in position to lead a team.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and  partners in the Country

Set objective of growth, sales and profit for the Country, ensuring sales plan development and implementation

Region Sales Performance as per plan and ensuring strategic plan implementation with budgeting and target planning and tracking mechanism, review and proactive interventions

Converging Regions Marketing strategy into Sales Strategy with geographic situations, ensuring plan and process development and implementation preparedness

Sales forecasting and demand planning

Strategy creation for greater market penetration and increasing market share

Recognize variance against target overall/product wise/doctor wise and work out local moves to eliminate variance.  Understand the competitors’ strategy/moves in the geography assigned

Travel as needed

Qualifications

Track record of high YoY growth and sales success in early stage company.

Market knowledge in terms of customers, partners, competitive landscape.

Experience in Cyber-Security or related agenda

7-10+ years Enterprise Selling / Sales Mangement experience

Successful history of achieving sales objectives
